Care of clothes
All of these clothes are pre washed to prevent any colour running from the smocking or embroidery threads.
As the dresses, romper suits and pyjamas are made from 100% soft cotton they can be machine washed and tumbled dry at a warm (30°) temperature; ironed with a warm setting. Do not bleach or dry clean.
The dressing gowns, nursery accessories and bedding can be washed at a slightly warmer temperature (40°), with a warmer iron setting. Do not bleach or dry clean.
Please read the washing label if you are at all uncertain of which temperature to use. Remember the best way to dry your clothes is in the fresh air on a washing line!
Deliveries
All items will be posted first class by Royal Mail. This should take 2 working days from the day it is posted. We aim to send the item on the day you order, but if we are waiting for stock we will let you know.
Post and Packaging
Orders over £150 are delivered free of charge to the UK mainland. For orders under £150 please add £5, but small individual items will only cost £2.
Returns Policy
If a garment is not to your satisfaction or the wrong size we can either replace it or refund your account, but it must be returned to us within 2 weeks of postage.
Sizing
The sizing is correct to an average size. If your baby/child is above the average size I would choose the next size up - remember how fast they can grow! Also think of how old they are going to be when they will wear it the most.
Smocking
There is a great variety of smocking on the dresses in colour and design, which we will explain to you on the phone when ordering.
